In our house you can experience science. In our restaurant you can experience taste. With curiosity, creativity and awareness, we cook food that challenges traditional lunch. As much as possible, we work with ingredients of the season from local producers.

From Monday, February 16, we will start serving lunch again. Already on February 14, the restaurant will be open as we reopen Teknikens Hus, and you will be able to enjoy our café.

Book a table
Do you want to make sure that you have a table for lunch? No problem, you can book a table in advance. We need your booking no later than two days before your visit. Our lunch is very popular.

Good food for hungry explorers
When the lunch service is closed but the house is open, you can always enjoy our family café. We serve toast, grilled sourdough sandwiches and wraps. We also have simpler dishes, like baked potatoes with toppings, organic pancakes and hot dogs. And of course, there’s always ice cream and pastries!
